Last job of the day over in Ongar Essex, customer called as had no hot water. Programmer was calling but we tested no voltage to zone valve, luckily we had programmer on the van which we replaced, called for demand and boiler ignited, tested heating zone valve also, both working correctly. Job done. Always happy customers
